I absolutely loved that it was just a 3-minute stroll to Piazza Tasso, making it super easy to explore all the vibrant shops and restaurants in the area. The clean and comfortable double room with a balcony gave me a cozy spot to unwind after a day of walking around town, soaking in the beautiful views.

well, where to start? my room was so small i could barely move, and the shower didn’t drain properly! i can’t believe a hotel in a beautiful place like s. i. r. e. n. t. o didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast after such dreadful service. almost thought about a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it, obviously.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect for exploring Sorrento, just a short walk from the center. Breakfast blew me away with amazing freshly made pancakes. A solid choice.

This hotel is very family-friendly, with warmhearted staff who made us feel at home. We loved the delicious breakfast, especially the freshly made pancakes! Plus, they can easily arrange daily excursions to amazing places like Capri and Pompeii, making it perfect for our adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there were more play areas for the kids.

Shower facilities could use some attention as the showerhead and hair dryer were a bit mucky, and the safe in the room is smaller than expected, making it challenging for bigger items. While there’s access to a buffet breakfast, it’s not always available, forcing guests to pay extra for alternative breakfast options. Also, the elevator could do with a much-needed refresh and cleaning.
